​Masterton District Brass Band

Masterton Brilliant Brass is our learner program for youth and adults. It is lead by music director Bruce Roberts. All students participate in group lessons during school time and meet every Tuesday afternoon during term time between 4:00pm and 5:00pm at the Bandroom.

​

The students are supported by senior band members who help out at rehearsals and encourage the learners. Brilliant Brass is currently involving students from St Patrick's School, Douglas Park School and Lakeview School with plans in the making to reach out to other schools in Masterton. The students are working towards playing alongside the senior band members in upcoming community events. Please check our calendar for details.
